What we collect
When you contact us for an estimate — by phone, text, or email — we receive whatever you send: your name, contact details, property address, and photos of the surfaces you want cleaned. We use that information to quote, schedule, and perform the work, and to follow up about it.
The blog runs on WordPress and uses cookies for basic functionality and, where enabled, analytics that tell us which articles people read. The cookie consent banner on the blog lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies.
What we do with it
We use your information to run the business: quoting, scheduling, invoicing, service reminders if you ask for them, and responding to your messages. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate (for example, our hosting provider and phone carrier).
Photos of your property
Photos you send us are used for quoting and doing the job. If we would ever like to use before-and-after photos of your property in our marketing, we will ask you first — and only use them with your permission.
Retention and your choices
We keep customer records as long as useful for serving you and as required for ordinary business record-keeping. You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email info@pressure.mobi and we will handle it.
