Content on pressure.mobi is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate, but conditions vary property to property — nothing here is a promise about your specific surfaces until we have seen them and quoted them.

Estimates and quotes
Ranges given from photos or descriptions are good-faith estimates, not binding offers. A binding price is the written flat quote we provide for a described scope of work. If the scope changes on site — hidden damage, additional surfaces, access problems — we will tell you and agree any change before doing the work.
The work
We use industry-standard methods matched to each surface: soft washing for siding and roofs, appropriate pressure for concrete and masonry. Exterior cleaning has inherent limits — some stains (deep oil, old rust, oxidation, lichen shadowing) reduce rather than vanish, and we will set that expectation before starting where we see it.
If you are not satisfied with completed work, tell us at the walkthrough or within 48 hours and we will come back and make it right where reasonably possible.
Property owner responsibilities
Please close windows, secure pets, and tell us about known issues — failing paint, loose siding, non-functioning seals, unlisted septic components, or anything fragile in the work area. We treat your property carefully; knowing its quirks helps us do that.
Liability
We are responsible for damage caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions — failing paint, rotted wood, brittle seals, prior improper repairs — that cleaning reveals rather than causes. Where such conditions are visible, we will point them out before working near them.
